Refund and cancellation policy

Subscriptions

Esrok paid plans are subscription products billed through Stripe. The active Stripe subscription state controls access, plan limits, invoices, payment method updates, cancellation, and upgrades.

Cancellation

You can cancel from the billing portal in the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe or Esrok shows otherwise.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve refunds for duplicate charges, clear billing mistakes, or technical failures that prevent normal use of the paid service. We normally do not refund a period that has already been used successfully.

Plan changes

Upgrades and downgrades are handled by Stripe. Stripe may apply prorations depending on the plan change and billing settings.

Abuse and policy violations

If an account is used to monitor emails without permission, attack the service, or misuse breach results, Esrok may restrict or close access. Refunds are not guaranteed for policy violations.
