Acceptance
By using Esrok, creating an account, adding a monitored email, or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.
Use of service
- Use Esrok for lawful security and personal-protection purposes only.
- Only monitor email addresses you own, control, or have clear permission to monitor.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the site or platform.
- Do not use breach results to harass, impersonate, extort, or harm anyone.
Breach-data disclaimer
Esrok reports known breach matches from configured providers and private ingestion sources. Results may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or missing context. A clean result does not mean an email has never been exposed.
Customer responsibility
Esrok can notify you about risk, but you remain responsible for changing passwords, enabling multi-factor authentication, contacting affected services, and taking recovery steps.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Your plan controls how many email addresses you can monitor. If a subscription is cancelled, unpaid, disputed, or otherwise inactive, Esrok may downgrade or restrict access according to the active subscription state received from Stripe.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are explained in the refund and cancellation policy.
Availability
We may update, pause, rate-limit, or discontinue parts of the service to protect reliability, comply with provider limits, or prevent abuse.
Intellectual property
Esrok branding, design, and content are owned by Esrok or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If changes are material, we will update the effective date above.
Limitation of liability
Esrok is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses caused by missed breaches, delayed alerts, provider outages, inaccurate source data, account compromise outside Esrok, or actions you take based on results.
